Team NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior was founded 15 years ago to provide elite racing opportunities for young riders in Denmark. The team is known internationally for their development of future champions. Many riders have gone on to prove themselves at the professional level, including former Elite Road World Champion Mads Pedersen; World and Olympic champions on the track, Lasse Norman Hansen, Julius Johansen, and Frederik Rodenberg; Junior Road World Champion Jacob Egholm; and Junior ITT World Champion Mikkel Bjerg.
The team is known for combining professionalism, commitment, and performance.
